Didn't get her to sleep necessarily, but she was quiet.Larahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05155411149177633849noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5635008259818349665.post-79474770175969268802008-09-24T06:43:00.000-07:002008-09-24T06:43:00.000-07:00Lia, Run the vacumn. pls send pics of Kincaid to ...Lia, Run the vacumn. pls send pics of Kincaid to me on my e-mail so I can copy. Swaddle the baby, hold him on his side, swing his head up and down, give him something to suck on, and say,"Shhh!" louder than he cries.

Also try the magic poses in Isty Bitsy Yoga by Helen Garabedian. One of these is called Divine Drops - you hold the baby and do squats with a fast drop down and say shh as you slowly return to standing. Rapid bouncing and swinging are supposed to work well too.Allisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10916639285462081335noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5635008259818349665.post-39157087210561011442008-09-23T17:12:00.000-07:002008-09-23T17:12:00.000-07:00Glass of red wine... just kidding. swaddling wor...Glass of red wine... just kidding. swaddling works wonders.
MarkAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5635008259818349665.post-18136028047581719632008-09-23T11:33:00.000-07:002008-09-23T11:33:00.000-07:00Tape car seat to washer with off-set towel load an...Tape car seat to washer with off-set towel load and cross-fingers - to use when all else fails! dadAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5635008259818349665.post-50974067172163076322008-09-23T11:10:00.000-07:002008-09-23T11:10:00.000-07:00I don't know how many miles we drove around trying...I don't know how many miles we drove around trying to get Bobby to sleep - it was the only thing that worked! He would get FUIROUS and then sigh and drift off to sleep hehe. With kate, we would dim the lights and play classical music. With Callie it was singing, she loved to be sang too. Aeryn just plain old liked to be rocked.
