We joined some friends to spend some time on a trail the other day.
The kids put the rain suits to the test. Only one (in the yellow) fell totally into the lake.
Duke asked that I take a picture of him and his "gar" fish.
Kincaid did some non-fish artwork as well!
The beautiful inlet in Fall colors.
Little Peter's Creek - look at how the land is totally washing away. I took the wheeler way up in the bushes just in case it was eaten away underneath.
The bridge - look how close the water is to the bottom. Just about a foot clearance.
This is usually a little creek, but all of the trees nearby are underwater. Amazing.

Lotsa rain. Safely in Jasper at a delightful B&B where we are the only non-German speakers. There is a great dog and 5 cats.
