It was a gorgeous weekend up here in Alaska. Clear skies and sun shining nonstop! I didn't take any pictures until Sunday night. I went out to take pictures of the Tulipas (yes, that is what they are called!) just ready to open. I keep looking at them every day awaiting their opened faces. Tulips are one of my favorite flowers and we will see how the Tulipas compare. Huck is learning (unfortunately) to open the door. He was saying "outside, me" repeatedly while I was snapping the pictures. He is combining words to make phrases and copies everything he hears. Language development is amazing. Duke is doing the "low crawl" these days and can make his way across the floor in no time if he combines it with a roll or two for directional reasons.
