The cold weather made for a beautiful backdrop to our hike this morning. Thanks to an inversion it was -6 at our house and a balmy 7 above at the parking lot. Yipee!
The boys are ready for their hike!
There were the most amazing crystals on the trees along the trail. I tried to adjust the picture in photoshop to see them better, but to no avail. Use your imagination.
The boys and I heading down the trail after hiking up for a bit. I call it "sliking" a combination of hiking and sledding. Fun!
