Snow.

My skis covered in lovely snow

Beautiful snow fell all day leaving us about 10 inches of fluffy, shimmering wonderfulness.  Oddly enough, the boys didn't want to go out and play.  I did so I skied over to my mom's school to meet her and a friend for a ski.  The snow was perfect and I got in just over 4 miles.  I would so much rather ski than run.  At first, I almost turned back to get my ipod, but was glad I didn't as it was so quiet.  My mom said the snow seemed to muffle everything and she was right.  Lovely.

No one else on the trail - fantastic.
