Friday was pouring rain and quite cold, but my group forged ahead with bike day. Kincaid had more fun running the slalom course than biking. Duke liked it a bit though.
The entire bike gang. Look at the Kin's face - cracks me up. The boys were getting warm in the car and I made them get out for a photo.
The terribly cold morning for the triathlon. I think it was just about 27 when we left the pool. We froze and mom's hands got "dangerously cold" (just ask her).
Here we are bright eyed at about 6 in the morning on race day! It is a long day as we left at 630 pm - such fun handing out the water and congratulating all the racers! Sore feet and legs though. Thankfully, bopper went out and got us dinner so we didn't have to leave the house!
Here is mom crossing the finish line! Amazing! I am proud of you mom!
