"Let's go on a bike ride," I said. "No, let's dig dandelions." Okay, if that is what you want. I told them they could get money for the chore and they set about the task.
They worked pretty well, but lost interest in about 10 minutes. Oh well, they got quite a few dug up!
Then, we went downtown to music in the park. They weren't too excited about most of the interactive games, but they did some stomping and running.
Some smacking together of sticks too. Lots of running up and down the little hill with a group of boys. The girls seemed to stay on the edges...
Kin did enjoy the ribbon things - he wanted it to be a kite and Duke used his as a fishing pole.
They both liked the tree. Good times.
