Twin Falls, ID. Super 8. We are stranded here for a bit, but hopefully we get out here soon. We are unable to leave here until the husband's Jeep gets fixed. You see, he rolled it the other day. Yep, he is fine and the Jeep is mainly in tact, but needs a new windshield and some other items.

Here is the story. Driving up I-84 in Northern Utah the roads were beautiful and it was sunny. Then, we hit some ice as wind was blowing snowing across the road. We slowed down, but the Jeep started sliding and hit the big snow in the median and rolled. It was snow and a Jeep so the tow truck just righted it and the police man told us to try and drive it. Drive it we did to Twin Falls and now we are just waiting on parts and fixing to be done. So, we are stranded here.

I still am coughing a lot, but I do seem to be fighting this bug and winning currently. I don't have to blow my nose 1/2 as often which is good. That first night, I went through an entire roll of tissue paper. It was crazy!

So, we are back to not having plans and being quite que sera sera about life. Hope you have a nice day!

Glad John (and the Jeep) are mostly OK. Sooooo glad the dogfreds weren't in there. Kind of reminds me of that oasis of the midwest . . . Kolby Kansas.

I just talked to mom about the accident. Sad day! Thank goodness that J is okay and what a miracle that the jeep is still functional. They don't make cars like they used to!!

love you.

Oh my god! I am so glad John is okay! Did you have a heart attack watching him roll over?! What an adventure you are having! Stay safe and we are thinking good thoughts for you both (that the jeep wil be fixed quickly and you will have a safe trip the rest of the way). Kisses to the pups from our "kids". Miss you!
