I tried to post this 3 times at 2 this morning, but to no avail. Here is the synopsis!

1. Painting is finished (I think). The kitchen is a bright, burnt orange. I love it in the kitchen, but I am not so sure about it next to the green. I bought a rug and curtains that have a bunch of the same color tones and we will see if it coordinates the space.

2. We shall have cable / internet by Tuesday. Thank goodness.

3. It didn't snow last night! Yipee! The main road out of my fantastic little town is now down to the pavement, it had been a while. I am really liking my little town - the people are so friendly and they are wonderful about plowing. They even lift up the arm so they don't make a huge drift in front of your driveway!!!

4. The house is getting put together, slowly but surely. We will be ready to book visitors soon, so look at your calendars as the most popular dates will fill up quick.

5. I haven't gone to the yarn stores. I know. I am a wimp. I loved Twist and don't want to be let down. I will use my stash, order from Shelly and THEN visit the stores here...
