Aloha! We went to this fantastic place called "Two step" (2 steps from the water) next to a historical site that I can't spell. We snorkeled and saw many fishes - butterfly fish, needle fish, and my favorite the picasso triggerfish. It was great fun. Most of the beaches on this side of the island have little sand and people just lay out on the lava rocks. It is amusing to me. We also ate at the Kona brewing company and I had a taro burger (Hawaiian version of a veggie burger). It was quite tasty. I don't know what the plans are for today, but Thursday should be the volcano!!! Yipee!
