Cheers! Bottoms Up!I had a distinct need for a cocktail last night and by George I had one. I blended up some fresh strawberries and a few ice cubes. I put them in a glass with a bit of sparkling cider and boy was it refreshing. It felt a bit naughty, but tasted spectacular. A girl can pretend can't she?

Looks nummmmy and I'ld love an ice cream cupcake right about now. Ahhhh, the pear lemondrop in Monterrey . . . now that was a good drink. Mom got the hunk of pear and I got the rock candy stirrer.
