What could these two things possibly have in common you might ask? Political paper dolls and a driver's license? Well, Huck and I spent over an hour at the DMV yesterday. The internet said it only was an 11 minute wait so we zoomed over there and had about an hour and 11 minute wait. We met some nice people. One lady told me that she just gave away her 2 week old as she had a 3 year old and was trying to go to college and one man told me about how he was wrongfully arrested for having a suspended license and spent the night in jail. People seem to tell me these things even though they don't know I am a counselor...
So, after guessing on the last row of the vision test (I can only see 2 of the 3 columns as my eyes need each other to see and cross if they have to work alone) - I got my license. I told her I was an organ donor and needed to register to vote (ahh - the paper dolls).I have never been political, but this race has gotten me all fired up and I shall vote my heart out this time.

I wonder if that indicates your true calling? I am sure just talking to some one that will listen makes a difference. What an eventful life you lead. So glad you passed your drivers license eye test - I worry about the eye test, too. tga

Good guessing! That is how I failed in Florida and ended up with glasses that I don't need and now don't use. Yet another first for Huck . . . first DMV . . . do di do.
