It snowed like the Dickens yesterday. The dogs loved it - rolling around, hopping wildly and bringing some snow inside with them for later. I didn't enjoy driving very much and I broke the zipper on Huck's bear suit. Alas... it lasted for quite a while! I felt a need to hunker down with some more carbs and made Gnocchi! Here is the recipe - it was quite a good way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. They were rather good with a low fat alfredo sauce. We boiled them and then sauteed them in a bit of olive oil. Huck just got to lick his chops - he tried some avocado, but wasn't very excited about it. Oh well, there always is Toast.

Lia,

You got our weather . . . sorry! It was blue skies and beautiful yesterday afternoon, but we had to circle back on our walk to avoid a big moose who galloped across the field.

Yum, these looks great! I'll have to give them a try. Steven won't eat a lot of things but he will eat pasta. Lets hope he goes for these!
