It was a marvelous Memorial Day here! The sun was shining and a light breeze was blowing. We grilled some burgers and ate some of my mother's cake with pineapple / cool whip frosting that is so darn good. Huck loved eating outside - he had celery in one hand a slice of pineapple in the other. He tried eating them in one bite and seemed to enjoy the seemingly odd flavor combination.
