The frankenstein heads turned out quite well and tasted mighty fine if I do say so myself. (recipe link in a previous post) They were a bit labor intensive with making the royal icing eyes and head bolts a few days before. I melted white chocolate chips and added food coloring for the perfect frankenstein face. You then spread the melted chocolate on and add some eyes. Next, make some frosting and pipe it on for hair and a mouth. I sent them to school with my mom for her students and so I wouldn't eat them all. I don't know who could resist a chocolate dipped marshmallow with a bit of chocolate hair. Seriously...

And a gratuitous Huck parting shot - what could be worse than a day with a Huck shot??

Phew! I was worried when the post from yesterday kept showing up. I'm glad to see the green heads. They were mighty tasty, too!
