I still haven't received my power cord for my battery dead laptop. She is so sad sitting on my floor without any lights - just lethargic and listless. I hope it comes soon. I forgot to tell you that when we got home the other day we found candy, tinfoil and frosting dust on the floor. Upon closer inspection, it was clear that a large creature had devestated our gingerbread village. Only one house was selected by the beast - it was my older sister's winning creation. I thought it was quite hilarious and the creator said the beast had quite good taste. Good indeed!

I have come to terms with the fact that I will not be sending out holiday cards - Christmas or New Years. I am not going to even kid myself about President's day or Valentine's day cards. I blog and there really isn't any new information a card could bring. Here were the latest tries at a picture for the non-existent cards. Huck is trying to give Duke his prized fish in the one picture and that cracks me up! (he carries that fish everywhere these days!)

Wonderful photos of the boys together, it looks like they are really enjoying each other. I've also noticed that Huck has had his glasses on in the last several photos...my hat is off to you for dealing with glasses for a toddler!! Your boys are just beautiful.

That black and white photo is amazing! I cannot believe how fast both boys are growing. I really admire you Lia! I know how hard it is having two so young, but I also know how incredible it is too!

I look forward to reading your blog everyday. I even had my husband watch the video when you cut down your tree. The decorated tree is beautiful..What a fantastic family you have. I have many memories of knitting with you in Wichita, but what you are doing now can't compare. Keep the blog coming...Maxine
