Working out is hard to do - with a child on your lap. Huck's wonderful aunt taught him how to ride a bike when she was here. It mainly involves someone on the bike holding him with legs dangling so he can hold onto the handlebars. It makes for quite the upper body workout! I tend to tell him I don't know how to do it, so my dad takes most of the trips. I should be doing it as the triathlon is mid-May and I will be doing it come heck or high water.
I did run last weekend and it felt so darn good. It was only a bit under 2 miles, but I ran all the way (with only a few stops for music changes). We are going to try and figure out a way to swim once a week as well. The open swim at the close pool is only at certain times that we will have to figure out... one goes and then gets back and tags the other for their turn perhaps. We will see - if not, I am confident in my ability to power through with sidestroke if I can't remember how to crawl!

I'm convinced you can do anything!

He is quite the bike rider. Wonder how Duke will like it?

I wish that someone would workout with me like Huck. I would love to just hold on and let my legs dangle!
With your attitude the sky is the limit. I am rooting for you! tga
