We walked to the lake on this short, Solstice Day. Duke slept on the way there in Bob.

Kincaid fell asleep on the way home and slept all the way in the sled
The yearly gingerbread making, the boys did quite well. I made the structure and they decorated it and then stabbed it with a knife.

Then we saw someone at the door.
Duke loved it and Kincaid was quite tentative. He did have me tell Santa that he wanted a "catfish" then later jumped onto the floor and told Santa about his wound from a leopard.
Kincaid liked the story.
Bex really just wanted to go back to bed

Wow! Look at all those g-bread houses. We just bought a kit and made exactly one gingerbread house. Now I'm inspired to bake my own like you did.
Random side note: Skyler just scolded me, "Mama, you should not put the crayons out in the wild!"
