We went hiking from Earthquake Park today. The ice out there was moving quickly out in the inlet. It was so fun to watch. The kids wanted to go out there and see if there were whales. They both were happy the entire hike. It was so nice to not have whining and screaming on our walk!
Duke and Kincaid walked in the deep snow for quite a while having fun!
Duke jumped on the sled for his "ticket home". He rode on his stomach for a while, but got a bit of snow spray from my shoes.
Kincaid had to get a bamboo spear and he used it for walking. Doesn't he look proud?
The city looked amazing as usual from this vantage point.
Duke fell asleep on the way home. I love that he falls asleep in the sled. He does have some trouble listing to the side though.
