We went to the Snow Sculptures downtown for Fur Rondy today. They were under a few inches of snow, but mostly were pretty impressive. Duke was so happy that there was a whale breaching. He was sure it was Monstro, but wondered where the tunas were.
I loved this dragon. Kincaid refused to get close for a picture. He was a little frightened.
I gave the clever award to the ice cream sundae. Yum.
This was a miner and there was another little cave on the other side.
On our way out they were forced into a picture, but Duke kept an eye on the dragon, just in case.
They also had the model railroad display (which always leaves a little to be desired in my book). The boys just found every one of the displays that had fishing. There were actually quite a few. Duke just wanted to see Helicopters, no dice for that.
We then went out to play again. They had a great time in the snow!
