Puddle Hiking

 I loved laying in bed this morning and listening to the rain pounding outside.  It is one of my favorite sounds.  The kids and I ventured out in rain suits and boots to the hike.  It never rained during the hike and the air felt muggy.  Strange for Alaska!  The hike took us through the other side of Kincaid Park from the Jodhpur Loop.  The kids loved running over this huge bridge - Trip Trap, Trip Trap.

The rain also left great puddles.  Only five families on the hike and all boys.  They had such fun running through the puddles.  Of course, my kiddos led the charge.
