The blueberries harvested yesterday were put into backed goods this morning. Duke helped me roll out pie crust to make little hand pies. He placed each berry individually (I had to do a lot of deep breathing) and then sprinkled them with a LOT of sugar. Tasty creations!
Kincaid found a recipe on the internet, read the ingredients and helped with every single step. I loved the muffins, but after a few bites he remembered he didn't like blue berries.

Duke's pies were wonderful and I'm on to Kin's muffins for breakfast! (You have miles more patience than I when it comes to children cooking.)
