The Ski Train! Three friends and I left the kiddos at home and boarded the ski train that took us from Anchorage to Curry, just north of Talkeetna. The ride took about 4 hours, but it was tons of fun!

First we skied about 2 miles and then went back for our snoeshoes and we tackled this huge "cone".

Denali was so pretty on our ride home. This is through the train window. The river is the Susitna.
Sleeping lady was quite pretty too!
The Knik river and the sunset! We left our house at 530 in the morning and got back about 9 at night. So darn much fun!
