Here is proof that I have been knitting. I am knitting a log cabin blanket. I gave no forethought to color placement and am going random-style. It is a relaxing television knit - all garter. I am getting exceptionally good at picking up stitches as you knit a row of color and then bind off, turn the work and pick up stitches along the next side. We will see how long it lasts!

Another relaxing thing is Sander's fudge sauce. It is so good. It is alledgedly for ice cream, but I tend to get a spoonful when stressed or just need a pick me up. It is like crack people - so good. My mother in law brings it to me from Michigan. If you need a pusher, she is great and I can hook you up with her. I also heard a viscious rumor that my girl scout cookies were in Kansas. Yipee - cookies for the freezer soon! (if they last that long!)

The blanket looks great. I love the random placement of colors.

You're mean, showing me fudge sauce in the morning. ;)

Lia,

I love the log cabin blanket . It's so end-of-winter. The fudge sauce looks yummy, too! I had a diet lapse the other day and had a spoonful of fudge sauce that tasted so-o-o good (and it really wasn't high quality, either).

Fudge sauce? Where in Michigan? I'm going in June to Michigan. Might just need to know if I'll be anywhere nearby to Fudge Sauce. heh

This is also making me think maybe I need to try one of those log cabin afghans. I would probably like it way more than mitred squares.
