I Wanted to Leave

I was amusing myself by how I could put my waterbottle on my belly and drink without using my hands. It is a nice way to stay hydrated while surfing the net... Some people have questioned me about why I am keeping the babe's name a secret. There is no secret as there is no settled upon name. We have a list of names that we don't hate, but haven't chosen one yet. He currently is "babe" or "Huck" (ask my family about that one). I wouldn't hold out on my "public". I will let you know as soon as I know!
So, against my better judgement, I let myself be taken to a movie last night. It was "Wanted" and I really "wanted" to leave after about the first 15 minutes. Alas, I had a large bowl of Ben and Jerry's Mint Chocolate Chunk to keep my interest for at least a little while (so the evening wasn't a total waste). It started out with some funny dialog and then just turned a bit dense and there was a bit too much slicing for my taste (I hate knife fights).

I had a bad dream last night that you had taken a lover and decided to leave John. Say it isn't so!

Lia,

I share your dislike of knife fights, but my kick boxing instructor said that I'm nearly ready for "kicking" combat. I told him that I was a pacifist, but he encouraged me to at least show my husband how hard I could punch. (Men are weird.)

Who needs a name? Mother didn't name me for six weeks and then you know what happened. There's lots of time.

He will always be "Huck" to be . . . and thing how handy it is. "Huck him over, I want to hold him". Do di do. Off to see EmmaLou Harris at the Zoo tonight.
