Here are some quick photos thanks to the little sister.  First you take the  meat out of the freezer and clean up the residual blood, put it into tinfoil with spices and our family recipe BBQ sauce, wrap it in muslin, soak it in water and then put it into the pit for cooking for about 24 hours.  Then, if you are not a vegetarian, eat it up and enjoy!

What - no pictures of the star of the BBQ? Sure missed being there - tga Great pictures - little sis.
