My dad was splitting some wood and Huck and I weren't much help so we took a four wheeler ride. Denali was beautiful and it seemed a bit larger (perhaps the earthquake helped out a bit?). The tide had been way up so we had to change our normal route less we get terribly muddy. Huck has begun to try steering by holding onto the one handle that I can't hold as I am keeping him on the machine. It makes things slightly difficult at times, but he enjoys it and that is what my life is about right? We headed back and ate a bunch of raspberries and peas from the garden and headed home. We snapped that picture when I was taking off Huck's sweatshirt and it amused me greatly! I hope you have a good weekend - no big plans here.

I'm so glad you got another beautiful day! I'm also glad that we got a nice pile of wood for the winter fireplace.

It seems kids of all ages love the 4 wheelers. We had a little girl here, 10 months old, that fell asleep as soon as she got on the 4 wheeler. And when it stopped she would point and go wheeee! Her mom had her in a sling type of carrier. Have a great week end. tga
