Yep, I forgot to post a blog for today until now.  My older sis did a triathlon over the weekend with a lake swim.  She did an amazing job! We were talking about how she couldn't even tread water a few years ago or run without stopping.  Now just look at her.  We are so proud of her.  I can;t wait until we can do a tri together!!!
