Last night, Huck was in rare form. He got out of the bath and was the energizer bunny on uppers. He ran around yelling with a spoon for quite some time. I tried to get his pjs on to no avail. My dad finally tied his shirt around his head for amusement. It was so funny.
It did snow yesterday morning, but it didn't stick around. I do love waking up to see snow falling outside the window. The flakes were huge and wet - I held Huck up and said "snow", but he didn't seem as impressed as I was for some strange reason.
I did go to the midwife again - I am on the weekly visits now. I had an orientation at the Birth Center to learn when to call (when contractions are 4 minutes apart and I loose my sense of humor - tee hee), what to bring, the basics of what will happen (I liked the part after labor with the herbal bath for me and the new babe) and what I will do when I go home. I am excited and so hope that nothing goes south preventing me from birthing there. So, babe is long and lean. His head is low and then his legs curl around a bit. So, he should be fully 'cooked' and anytime he wants to come out is fine with me!
I will post on the blog if anything happens - so no need to ask. You will be the first to know!!
