The elusive fish has been caught! He was found hiding between the heating vent and a bench - quite a good spot as it was searched three times. Huck is quite happy, but keep your eyes out for a replacement fish should this same situation arise in the future. He is holding said fish in the picture of him in the towel. Green, carp-like, rubbery and floppy.

We went to the dump over the weekend and I took these shots. I loved all the lonely stoves - they looked so sad all huddled together. They looked lost and like refugees to me for some reason. Poor ovens. I know that it is not the best blogging fodder, but this is my week alone with the boys during the day so the camera might not come out that much. I do have playgroup tomorrow and then coffee (or hot cocoa) with an old high school friend on Thursday. I just might get out of the house two times alone with the kiddos if it doesn't drive me batty!

I am so glad the lost fish has been found. The stoves do look pretty lonely. Think of all the uncooked cookies! Have a great day. tga

I wonder how many other moms in the world are looking for replacement fish? You could be starting a trend.

Golly it is good when you catch that fish you've been after.
