Goose Lake.

 It was sunny so we ventured out to Goose lake.  It was a bit chilly, as you can tell from Duke's coat.  It quickly warmed up and the kiddos stripped down and jumped into the water.

 The children were occupied much of the time by shoveling up leaches. You can see a tiny little one near the top of the bucket.  The lake was filled with them, but none of the kids had any stuck on them.  Kincaid did run around looking at people's legs just to be sure though.

It was a really fun day.  No one came home with a leach and I got in a little run.  I took a bad route home through the woods, hoping for blueberries.  Our trail was quite marshy leaving me with soaking feet and only about 10 blueberries.  Alas, it was nice to be out in the sun as the rain is coming (just in time for our trip to the Fair!).
