Triathlon 2014
The kids did their annual Tiny Tri Friday at Goose Lake. It was so sunny and beautiful! They both rocked the lake run (definitely not a swim), Duke zoomed on the bike and Kincaid was pretty slow on the scooter, but they both ran like the wind on the last leg. They even ran the run part again with a friend who was going to be last. Such fun!
