Monday
As Duke says, only 2 more sleeps and then school (he starts on Wednesday). This is an interesting difference as Kincaid was so fearful of school. Duke is chomping at the bit to start. I am so happy and excited for him. He gets to make friends and be the same age level as those around him. I can't wait to see what happens.
We went to the library where Duke drove his cart around - filling it up with books and then making trades to end up with 5 (that is our limit - 5 books and one movie). He two about the air force, one about tree frogs (which he read to me!), The Shy Salamander and an adult one about Big Foot. He have never once strayed into the stories, only Non-Fiction for him.
We then took a bike ride, berry picking, off road biking and stream wading expedition. Quite fun!

I love the picture of Duke at the library. He's such a studious guy. I'm anxious to watch him take off at school, too.

My heart goes out to seeing your youngest off to school. He is very intelligent. We enjoyed him and Kin at the cottage. We had so much fun. Thank you,Gyge
